Andrew Lloyd Webber’s heartbreakingly romantic musical, Aspects of Love, will be staged at Sydney’s Hayes Theatre Co in 2018 in a new, intimate production.

Based on David Garnett’s novel of the same name, Aspects of Love is a story of passion, love and loss set against the backdrop of post-war France and Italy from the 1940s through to the 1960s.

Alex Dillingham, a young, obsessive student travelling through France, falls in love with the alluring, provincial actress Rose Vibert. As the pair embark on a passionate affair, the unexpected arrival of Alex’s dashing, libertine uncle changes their lives forever. This intimate love story troubled desire and tangled emotions, binds six people and three generations, as they ultimately discover that love changes everything.

Aspects of Love features a stunning 12-piece orchestration, bringing soaring romanticism to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s lush and emotionally complex score.

Please note: Hayes Theatre Co is the only authorised box office outlet for this production. Tickets purchased via other third-party, non-verified outlets will not be recognised by the venue and admittance will be refused.
