After kicking off a residency at Hayes in 2024, following a decade at the centre of Melbourne’s new musical theatre writing scene, Home Grown has already established itself as a staple of the Hayes program with sold-out shows throughout the year.
In 2025, Home Grown continues their one-of-a-kind Sydney concerts, which see the hottest talent in Australian musical theatre come together with the country’s most exciting writers to celebrate new work coming from our own backyard. Hear writers and composers talk candidly about their work, as they introduce never-before-heard songs – these electrifying concerts are not to be missed. Home Grown is a not-for-profit company dedicated to supporting, developing and promoting Australian musical theatre.
